"Jeff did an outstanding job motivating our Design organization. We have all heard speakers talk about setting goals and objectives. It was great to talk to a guy who had actually set what appeared to be an impossible goal -- sailing the Northwest Passage -- and then did it. There is no substitute for the real thing. The experience is well worth it."     The Nortel Networks team began with a voyager canoe experience on the Ottawa River. Then Jeff MacInnis shared his insights on teamwork and achievement with a presentation that included stories from sailing the Northwest Passage and competing in World Cup Downhill / Ski Racing. Several team building exercises finished the evening. The next morning an idea exchange brought all the elements together for Team Nortel.
